I have few questions about my case....
I have filed I485/I140/EAD/AP on Dec 2003. Recently they updated (Sep 2004) I485/EAD/AP for me when they approved I-140 (Still waiting for my EAD and AP).
Also they sent all updated messages to my address (All theree I485/EAD/AP).
1) Is this new thing that when they update message that they are sending to our home ?
2) Also they changed my Notice date from Dec 2003 to Sep 2004 for all of applications. What is Notice date ?
3) The message for all of those are same....
"after review,we reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued.you will receive a notice under seperate cover once all action has been completed".
They are saying that my application was reopened or reconsidered ? what does it mean. I did not get any RFE for my 485/EAD/AP yet.
If anyone know what is this new approach, Could please let me know....
