I have two GC cases. One is EB1 and I-485 case has been stuck in the Name check for nearly 2 years. My labor certificate (RIR) was approved recently and my company is going to either file I-140/I485 current filing or Consular Processing (CP) for me. .
1. Will the filing of I-485 impact my existed EB1 case?
2. Will consular processing bypass security check?
