I want to ask some questions about F1 visa. I am holding F1 visa now. I don't know if I do the following thing.

I found some HYIP (high yield investment program) programs on the web. I want to join some. The process is like this. First I need to invest some money on it and then I can select some plans like 1% daily. That is I will earn 1% of my money daily. Sometimes I need to autosurf some pages. I want to use this method to earn some money, I don't know if it is legal for me. I think it is very similar to put the money in the bank and yield some interest. Am I right?

I know most of them are scams. That's the truth. I just want to know if there is some programs I can trust, if it is legal for me to do such kind of thing? Also there is a precondition, the companies are legal. And if the companies are not in USA?

I just want to know the answer, not considering the scam point.
