Is it going to be a problem?

Hi friends,

We filed I-485 in Feb, 02.

RD 02/18/02
ND 03/14/02
FP 05/24/02

I and my wife went to India on July 26, 02. I came back alone on Aug 23 and my wife is continuing her internship in India.

Her visa stamping expired on Sep30, 02, but she has valid Advance Parole (expires 4/2/03) and H4 (valid till 09/30/03 ).

Will it be a problem for 485 processing is she stays in India for a while?
What is the time frame she could stay in India on AP?

Your help and experience greatly appreciated.
