Is it G-325 or G-325A

Please can anyone help,im confused at first ,which of the G-325s am i suppose to fill and how many copies each?I will appreciate a quick response to this thank you.

The instructions for both the I-130 and the I-485 state the G-325A.

For the I-130 if the petition is based off of marriage, then you need one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary. If the petitioner is a US Citizen and never had a A# then just leave the A# blank and check off, "Other" and write in "I-130." Down at the bottom where it says applicants name, on the petitioner's form they write their name.

For the I-485 applicant they are going to have two copies, one with the I-485 and one as the beneficiary (if marriage based) with the I-130.
