Is it (FOIPA) name check enquiry necessary !!!

As per Cody2 (FOIPA Name Check) what you other's think about this enquiry? Should I do that or in my case just mail USCIS the RFE & wait?
As far as I can understand my name check is probably came clear therefore IO is going through my file & as normal procedure ask me my birth certificate as a RFE. As WantmyGCnow mentions I should receive my approval 30 days after RFE submission. At this point I'm just waiting for that to receive from my parents from back home. The moment I'll receive that I must over night express mail it to USCIS.
Please share your thoughts.

If you are really worry about your case, and in the future will blame yourself that you shoud have done that, you better go ahead and do it, but in my opinion as you said they are looking at your case, so your name check is clear. Dont worry and try to process your RFE as soon as possible, it takes some times but push it a little bit. You will get your GC soon. Relaxe man.

Dear Atique:

Like a sick man, you should know what illness you are suffering??? That FIOPA cost us nothing, FBI will send you report soon. FIOPA is a kind of name check yourself.

In this same website, go to US citizenship, the top tile: my experience in name chech, go to page 140. you can download the form & there is an address there for you to send. Good luck.

Dear Nasrmobin:

Mail it, they will not accept fax request. You might find the address in page140 in US citizenship.

They need your orignal signature, so never fax them. If you fax, you will return it to you.

I have a very stupid timeline, which is not match to you guys.
My LUD change is because they recieved my RFI on Friday and they did not process it on friday, and they are doing it today.
Probably puting it in the right drawer to get dust on it.

"The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center"

How long this message is gonna stay.....? any idea friends ?

You will get it after 24 hours-48 hours, It took my friend about 48 hours got approval after this message. Don't doubt that you will get it, I hope every one here will get this message as soon as possible.
