Hi Guys,
I have a question for you. Maybe some of you might be in the same scenario as I am, but still wanted to post this question since this clarification would help us in getting a better understanding as where we stand.
I just saw my 140 filing application to see what my category is. I found the following:
Under Part 2: Petition Type its checked "A skilled worker"
and at the same time under the classification heading under "BCIS USE ONLY"
its checked 203(b)(3)(A)(ii) Professional.
After this confusion, I looked at my 140 approval notice and found the following:
Notice Type: Approval Notice
Section: Skilled Worker or Professional, Sec.203(b)(3)(A) (i) or (ii)
where (i) is Skilled Worker and (ii) is Professional
So, here comes my question? Am I EB2 or EB3. Is anyone in the same situation? Maybe some of you are, and havent checked your application and approval notices together.
