My 485 is pending more than 6 months (140 was approved already). I was working at company's branch office at state A for last 3 years. Company HQ is at another state B. My labor was applied at state A only. Now my employer is asking me to move to HQ.
If I move to HQ, is it considered as job change under AC21 rule?. Am I reqired to inform this to USCIS? or Just the change of address notice is sufficient?
