is it beneficial to process EAD extension thru company?

To my knowledge, I have 2 options to renew my EAD.
1)Renew it on my own
2)complete the documents and send it to my company's immigration department, and they will file it on my behalf (as per my company immigration department)

Which one of these options is better? Please suggest

if ur company pays then it is better option. if u have to pay then u can do on ur own, it is very easy to file.
