Today received a email, it wrote : the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

Does it mean the cases is approved? thanks
 
Was your case transferred to TSC?

I dont know. because my RD is july, so I had required info about it. USCIS mail me a letter to say will send to TSC, but I donot know if it had been sent to TSC.
 
You should have gotten an earlier email saying: it is approved. Anyway you will get mail very soon and will have a hardcopy aproval notice.
