Hello!
Really quick question - I am so confused after reading about 37383 different websites.
I have been accepted to work at Madame Tussauds, Hollywood (I am a British citizen and previously worked for Madame Tussauds, London).
The HR manager (who is also British) advised me that he is on an L-1 visa
I have looked into this and it seems you have to have been working with them in the last 3 years. I left 4 years ago. I worked there for just over a year
Madame Tussauds Hollywood have emailed me asking what information they need to send to confirm employment. The problem is - I start in 4 weeks time!! What are my options?
I have seen something about an EAD - can I apply for this in the UK? Would it be right for me? How long can I stay in US for?
Please advise on any other visas I would be eligible for! It's not a managerial position. Is there a fast track route? I have 4 weeks!! Is there anything I can go on until I get over there and change.
