If the social workers decide not to take teh child
away, would the deportaion of parents defeat the initial
well-intentioned purpose of protecting the child?
On the other hand, if the parents of small children
who are USA citizens get deported by the INS for whatever
reasons, will the state social work department have
a legitmate reason to take aways the children, which
the social workers would not do without deportation?
