Hi,
I gave my FP on Thursday November 4 at the Boston ASC.
Today, I called FBI to find out the status of my FP and the lady told me they sent the result out to the VSC at the same day :cool:

However, she didn't want to tell me the result. - Is this a generic response?

Since they sent out the result at the same day, does it mean I'm OK and there is no problem with my case?... it has been almost 2 weeks,Yet, the LUD haven't been changed to say " results has been received and your case has resumed..."

Please help. :confused:
 
FBI always sent bank the result of FP at the same day. It is normal. The problem is INS. INS works very slow, and LUD and online message are not reliable. Some officers do it and other officers do not.... This is one of the mysterious events in the world. Thus, I think the best way to process your case is to send inquriy, that is our best thing.

I did FP on Nov 4th in ATl. Case was filed owith TSC. FBI said they had processed it and sent it same day. Today my LUD changed saying that "...resuming processing of case..."

I have one question, does one officer handle I140/I485 throughout its life time (pending) ?

You are not on your own. I did my 1FP on 16Oct'04 at Alexandria, VA ASC. But nothing is happened to my LUD and online message. I also called FBI and the agent said the result has been sent out at the same date. What is happening to cases like us? Are the results got lost or something wrong with our cases? Dose the unchange of LUD mean my case will not get approved soon?

Really hope what my guess is not ture. :confused:
 
"However, she didn't want to tell me the result." You mean like whether you are wanted for arrest or something? You should know that result yourself. In terms of whether the FPs were actually good or not, I'd think they would not send them out if they were bad.
