As far as the "miracle" is concerned my I-140 got approved in 40 days from NSC EB-3. Although it took my friends 3-6 months to get their approved I-140 approved, I was told 40 days is not a big deal. Not sure if it is a miracle anymore

I 140 approvals are getting faster...had a friend here who got it approved in 5 days! Hows that for a miracle!
