Is Interim EAD still possible?

I am from Central New Jersey. My center is Vermont.

If I apply to renew my EAD and does not get in 90 days , can I get an interim EAD?

In other words is INTERTIM EAD system is still there? If yes what is the process?

Yes - you can still get your interim EAD after 90 days. Just take your notice of action - showing that it's been more than 90 days since the Vermont Service Center received your application - to your nearest local office.
