I am a F-1 student, applying for a green card. As I know, I have 60 days grace period before I apply for green card or leave the country. As my time limit is running out, I am trying to compete with time. My quesiton is: Is INS dealine based on the postage of my mail I-140 & I-485? or based on the day they accept the application and sending out receipt?
