I took an Infopass appointment and went to the san francisco office today. The officer looked at my case and told me my fingerprints were through. I asked her about the security checks, she looked at my case further, and then all of a sudden told me that she couldn't help me because I am an H1 applicant and this service was only for family based applicants.
I was surprised when she told me that - I don't remember reading this anywhere on USCIS's website, nor from postings on this forum. Did anyone have the same experience?
