Is Ice Breaking at NSC

Guys,

I saw an approval posted at Rupnet today -- AD 11/07/02. I don't know if it is pre or post 'FREEZE' but certainly it looks like that ice is breaking at NSC now.

Lets hope that this trend continues and "GAIN SPEED !!!"

It's from the same user "chandra" that posted afake approval on this board a couple of days ago.

Let's all hope that the ice breaks soon.
