is I134 form reuired when filing for I485

Hi,
   I am ready to file for I485. I have a
question, is I134 (form for Affidavit of support for my wife)
necessary for for filing for 485 or EAD or advance parole.
Can anyone throw light on this issue? My wife is on H4.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
