There is conflicting advice on this issue. I saw somebody posting that I-539 was rejected due to , among other things, lack of I-94 original in the application. I also read on www.immihelp.com that only I-94 copy should be sent. Any pointers to clarify this situation?
Is I-94 original required to be sent with I-539 extension application?

The instructions on Form I-539 regarding the documentation required are as below:
Required Documentation - Form I-94, Nonimmigrant Arrival/ Departure Record.
You are required to submit with your Form I-539 application the
original or copy, front and back, of Form I-94 of each person
included in your application. If the original Form I-94 or
required copy cannot be submitted with this application,
include a Form I-102, Application for Replacement/Initial
Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Document, with the required
fee.
Time for more confusion... . is it??
