Hi,
I filed my EB3 I-485 application in 05/2002. Me and my spouse did our medical examination and sent I-693 along with our I-485 applications. Now I got an interview scheduled in Columbus, OH and the interview letter asks for I-693. Does this mean that we need to get it done again?? How particular USCIS about this??
Thanks,

If your medical exams were completed succesfully, then you certainly don't need to them again. Bring your copy of the I-693 (if you have it) just in case, but they should have the sealed envelopes you sent in with your application.

All USCIS cares about is that the civil surgeon gave you the green light. It is usually just a standard letter that they send to everyone, and the I-693 request is for people who didn't complete their medical exams when applying, to do it before the interview.
