Is I-693 Medical Exam required with 485?

Hi

I am currently in the process of submitting an application for my parents who are in the US on visitor visa for 90 days. I am planning to submit the following documents:

1) I-130 - Petition
2) I-485 - AOS
3) I-131 - Adv Parole
4) I-765 - EAD
5) I-864 - Affidavit of Support
6) G-325 - biometric

Do I need any additional forms? Is I-693 medical exam required as well?

You know that submitting the documents within such a short period after their arrival can signify immigration intent when entering which is a basis of denying the application?

Perhaps it will be better to do consular processing, or alternatively wait for some time before submitting the AOS documents and let them stay until they get their green card.

Did they use an actual visa, or the visa waiver? Seems like the visa waiver, given that they got 90 days.

The Federal courts and USCIS are clamping down on visa waiver users who apply for AOS, particularly those who overstayed the visa waiver. If they overstayed the 90 days before filing for AOS, they'll have a very low chance of approval.
