I just met a lawyer, who's been handling a lot of I130s, and she said right now immigration is very tough on I130. For example, husband/wife have to live together for 3 years and for cases like husband needs to work on projects at other state/city, there will be a problem, since immigration actually SENDS inspectors to inspect the address if they actually live together.
One couple got into trouble because husband works in Las Vegas, and wife lives in LA
i didn't know that CIS actually sends inspectors. They didn't do it before, did they?
