is I-129W required for H1 extension ?

Absolutely, along with a certified LCA.

I understand that, although PART B of this applicaiton I-129W is only required for the Fee exemption, but still, I guess I have to fill up Part A and Part C as well. not sure, What is LCA Code and NAICS code in PART A ?

one more quick question :

My employer never applied for my Immigration petition till now, but, my husband has filed immigrant petition for me thru his employer. Here, my question is:

what should be answered for a question in the I-129 :
Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition?
