is higher salary a problem?

I searched immigration FAQ all day today but could not get an answer. I am worrying about the fact that my salary was raised by 5 percent from the number on my labor certificate, and I received a RFE on employment letter two weeks ago. The salary raise is a normal salary adjustment. My employer, title/position, and duties are the same. Will the higher salary be a problem? Anyone who knows please help!

It is understandable and should not be a problem. Many times, people put "with a minimum annual salary of x dollar". It will cover future increase.

If you share it with others on this board. Jk normal salary increases are by definition "normal".

So dont worry and enjoy the extra cash :-)
 
Salary is no issue if Job Title and Duties are ...

same or similar.
