I have renewed my H1b. But the renewal period does not cover my 3rd to 6th year term. ALthough lca got approved for entire 3 year term, attorney did not request the h1 term for entire 3 yr period. Is it possible to request for the h1 date to be changed to cover the remaining period without actually filing for H1 renewal i,e, I want to avoid all those fees associated with thos complete h1 renewal process.
Here are my dates.
The LCA dates in
> C. Period of employment and occupation information is
> 1. begin date : 06/02/2003
> 2. End date : 06/02/2006

Can I request Dates of intended employment to be at 03/01/2006
