is H1 offered for community college

New Member
I came here on F1 visa with textile engineering as major. I didn’t get good grades so I had to switch to community college with computer science as major for an Associates degree. In the following two semester at community college I didn’t do well with grades.
My question is
Is H1 given for students in community college students?
Given my situation what are my chances of getting a H1?
