I'd like to ask a question about redoing the medical exam.
When you redid your medical exam, how did you approve that you had taken your immunization shots?
My case was transfer to Newark too, and expecting the interview notice. My lawyer said that INS always expect the latest medical report at the interview. Actually, this will be my third time medical exam. The first time was on June 2001, when I filed my 485. The second time was on April 2002 for the medical RFE. INS received my RFE response on May 2002. After almost one year waiting, they transfered my case to Newark. I don't know how much longer I have to wait and how much longer I can stand it.
