Is G-28 required to be signed by applicant or attorney's sign sufficient?

Any one please respond - Is G-28 required to be signed by applicant? or if it signed by applicant's attorney would it be sufficient.

It must be signed by both the applicant and the attorney, because the applicant is agreeing to let USCIS contact the attorney in lieu of the applicant, and must sign as testament to that agreement.
