Is fpgec required in all 50 states?

Does anybody know if ANY of the states DOES NOT require FPGEC from pharmacists graduated outside the US? What about the state of Illinois?

i dont think anyone will aceept u without fpgec some states will not accept fpgec only. so, there is no question of without fpgec
