Is FP2 issued on FP1 expiry if 485 RFE pending

My status: Dec 02 485, June 03 RFE issued, July 04 Fp1 expired (according to 15 month past April 03 FP1)

Should I be expecting FP2 notices automatically any time soon? Has Dec 02 485 application sstarted getting FP2 notice?

I would not expect FP2 notice automatically following expiration of FP1. Me:

I-485 09/02; 1st FP 10/02; 2nd FP notice just came a week ago - full 6 months after 1st FP expired. On the other hand, things are moving very differently now than they were for the past couple of years....
