Today I went to Cleveland office for early FP2 on request. Appointed date :
09/21/04. Lady on duty said she can take FP, but before date case will not touched. I returned.
On line message is not updated for FP notice sent. And it is more than a
month responded a RFE. Is there any chance of apporoval before FP done?
