Is filing concurrently going to stop?

I heard from a friend that filing for I-140 and I-485 concurrently is going to be discontinued. Is this true? If so, when is this going to happen? Also, he said that for a premium processing fee, you could file your I-140 faster. Is this true, as well? Is it in place already?

Not yet. It's still a speculation to this point.

Premium i-140 is still being tested and rumors say once it is available, concurent filing will be discontinued. But early indication doesn't seem to support it.
