Is Employement Letter Necessary for GC Interviews????

I am just wondering once I485 is approved would we still need to show the employement letter to the Interviewing office?

If so what are the chances of getting an RFE after the approval?

The reason why I am asking this is because my company name has changed after I filed 485 and no amendments had been filed. What if I got approved without any RFE BUT I am confused if the interview officer is going to ask for the employement letter then WHAT ???

Has anyone got an RFE after the approval ?
