Is EB2 GC quota distrubuted among its subcategories?

Hello

I was thinking whether EB2 GC quota is distributed among its subcategories. Can any one throw light on this.

EB2 has different sub categories like:

1. NIW
2.Advanced degree or exceptional ability with LC
There might be other subcategories, I have no idea.

For example if EB2 India gets 250 GC / month, are those numbers equally distrubuted to subcategories of EB2.

If yes then, NIW may have adventage for faster GC processing than Advanced degree or exceptional ability with LC EB2 based in which lot of old PDs will surge up based on LC filing date or approved LCs.

If some one know the information, please respond.

There is no different between them. Both are EB2, so it must follow the PD rule
If you want to have different PD, try EB1.
