Is EAD a requirement for travel on AP. Does travelling on AP invalidate your H1B, therefore no longer in H1 status.
Could someone who knows the answer for sure please respond. I have read too many conflicting views on this board on this subject and am really confused.
Some posts said that you do not need an EAD so I did not apply earlier (and therefore got screwed). My lawyer says I need to get an EAD. But the problem is EAD takes forever, and I need to travel. I have an AP.
