is EAC-01-XXX is approved ,does it mean that all similar EAC-01-XXX will be approved soon

IS file goes with EAC to the officer,because EAC depends on RD dates,
I saw all Same RD have same EAC
Please shed some light on this,just want to know more from the experienced
people on this board
