Is E1,E2,E3 employment based????

Hi Guys,
i was going thru the mumbai consulate August interview schedule dates and is little confused.
What i believed For employment based IV, consulate normally gives end of the month dates probably after 20th of each mnth.
But what i found in August schedule 35 E1/E2/E3 cases dates are published and many of them are in 1st and 2nd week of august.
Can anyone please tell me are E1/E2/E3 the employment based IV or some other Immigration Visa.

e1,e2 and e3 are employment based. Although it was believed that all 3 categories get interview in the second half of a month, since june, e3 cases have been assigned dates all thro the month @ chennai consulate. however e1 and e2 get only second half. in the list you saw do e1 and e2 get dates in the first half?May be its the same trend in mumbai consulate as well.
