Is e-EAD system Ok??

Guys, I applied for EAD on-line on 07/11/2004 and after pressing "Submit" button, system waited for a while and came up with an error.

Now, if I log into the e-filing account, it will show the following:
Identifier Form(s) Last Accessed Status* Action
I-765 - xx, xxx I-765 06/08/2004 Action Needed View/Edit/Delete

What should I do now???

1. Call BCIS??
or
2. Apply VIA Paper ???
or
3. Apply again on-line???

Has anybody applied on-line on 12th or 13th of July and had no problems???

PLEASE advice..... PLEASE>..............
