Is DV2014 winner eligible to participate in DV2015?

Hello, friends.

I've been selected in DV2014, but, unfortunately, with quite a high Case Number, so don't have much hopes about it. I'd like to take another chance and participate in the upcoming DV2015, however I'm not sure if I'm eligible to do so while (theoretically) waiting for my DV2014 case to be processed. Is it permitted?
