Is DengDeng's theory still working?

I was just wondering if DengDeng theory still working for RFE cases.
My lawyer sends RFE today to CIS VSC.

This means i should hear something on my case with in 30 days..

what’s your thoughts and experiences are?

Please share some.

It realy depends, My 485 ND is April, 2002, get
REF May, reveived in June 7, and no any news more,
I don't know what is wrong with my case.
hope you can get approved soon.

It states: If you have received Request for Evidence and you responded more than 60 days ago and have not received a decision, Please call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283

In my case I waited 240 days. contacted 3-4 times after submiting rfe reply. finally they transfered my case to unknown world(MSC) after 8 months of rfe.
that is called nasty minds.

I get it in around 10, May, 2004, It ask me for
the pay stub of the last three months, all the visa copy,
comfirm letter from my boss.
I sent in May 25, the received in June 7, 2004.
