Guys,
I know, we are all overly analytical when it comes to 485 wait time .. but here are my $0.02 ..
From project Kashmir, dated: 7/14 - 7/20 & touched cases. the following can be noticed:
1. total cases touched in 6 days is (54+52+5) = 111
2. total "RFE Sent" = 25
3. total cases transferred = 111-25 = 86
So, (86/111) 77.5% of the cases are transfered to the local processing centers
4. Also, most of the cases that are transferred are the ones that are pulled out of order (that is april 2002 cases and others later than nov 2001)
5. November 2001 cases are issued "RFE Sent", but very few in number..
