I just called the CSC number and after umpteen tries I was finally able to get through, but when I pressed 0 to speak to an IIO I got the following message "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are closed due to an emergency".
Does anyone know what the emergency is and whether they have been closed all day today? Hopefully they open up tommorrow and continue processing cases. Darn it, another day of waiting. If anyone knows whats going on at our beloved CSC, please clue me in.
