is credit history a concern with cp ?

Hi Guys,

Just a thought i would like to get clarified, a fradulent credit card co. has been troubling me by charging a hefty membership fee and adding late fines on top of it (forlast 3 months), they fwded the case to collection agency and i am going to dispute it.

Would it affect cp in any way ?
