Is Courtesy copy ok for Philly stamping?

Is courtesy copy of approval notice okay for passport stamping in Philadelphia? Any recent experiences? I hear some BCIS offices have their own rules reg accepting courtesy/lawyer's copy.
BCIS is processing Dec RD, and I am expecting approval hopefully soon.

Courtesy copy is OK in Philly INS. I did it couple of weeks back.
