Is courtesy copy enough for PP stamping?

I know somebody asked this question, but I still want to have a definite answer. Since my lawyer has got the original approval notice and he wants to charge me a couple hundred dollars more if I want to pick it up. I\'m thinking of the possibility of not getting original notice but still doing the PP stamping.
