Is concurrent adjudication still available

Do you know if concurrent adjudication for concurrently filed cases is still available, if visa number is available (PD before retrogressiondates).

USCIS was suppose to rescind the concurrent adjudication longtime back.

See my detail below:

I-140 RFE received 4/18/2005, LUD 5/16, 5/17, 5/25
I-485 RD 3/2005, EAD/AP AD 4/27, FP done 5/25, LUD 5/25, 5/26

From the above LUD, they approved my EAD/AP after they received response to RFE; and I-140 LUD changed again on 5/25, the day I have my fingerprints taken. Does this indicate that they are working on my I-140 and I-1485 together?
