Is Boston BCIS office open on Columbus Day Oct 13?.I need to get my stamping.Please help me to find out?.

Well -- Columbus Day is a Government Holiday -- Bank, Post Offices will be closed. So it is safe to assume that the BCIS Offices will be closed as well.
