My H1 visa appointment was scheduled in Aug by the offline process: parents visiting the VFS office in Pune. At that time my DS156 form submitted did not have a bar code.
My appointment is in 2 weeks and am wondering if I need to take a new bar-coded DS156 to the interview. Is it mandatory nowadays? Where does bar-code come into picture?
Any suggestions?
FYI: I am in the US and will be going to India next week.
