I got my GC and am planning to go to India with reentry permit. Is it required file an AR-11 in this case. If so what will be the address?

If I am going without reentry permit and staying out side US for less than 6 months, is it required to file AR-11? If so what will be the address?

NO, you don't need to file AR-11. AR-11 is required only when you are present in USA.

If you are staying abroad temporarily (no matter what duration is), you don't need to file AR-11 for that period. However, if you change(d) your residence in USA, you need to file AR-11. For example, once you come back after 6 months, if you change your residence address (from the previous AR-11 address, before leaving USA), you need to file AR-11.
